You can get a job producing goods and buy real estate with your income. Lots of Americans do it all the time.
All of this completely disregards the fact that we are negotiating at mis-placed loggerheads:
We negotiate negatively. We give some, and we take some.
The problem is, China does not do that. China holds 51% onto all its investments. So even when China “loses” they still win.
Eventually China will have all its own properties, and enough of “our” properties as well to take over.
That is again:
To take over. Not to run a good game.
