When the people of a state(s) votes for secession, they become a new country. Get it? Or are you too stupid to understand that simple concept?

In my lifetime I’ve watched the Soviet Union collapse without Civil War and new free counties in east Europe form. I’ve watched the EU form. And I’ve watched how there is talk of some countries leaving the EU without the hint of Civil War.
