I believe what Savannah Guthrie photographed was one of the actual documents provided to Obama by the Hawaii Department of Health. Once the spelling error, and others on the document were discovered, it was corrected at the White house, and then handouts were printed for the press, one of which was the source document for the AP version. The AP version shows that most of the typed text was either forged by hand or, if typed first, was written over by hand. If you look at the serial number you can see that all the numbers were outlined and then filled in by hand. The last number one actually shows the profile of a man, with a question mark for his left ear and drops of sweat dripping down his neck. See the video here: http://youtu.be/XuyV7V853kk
To cover up the pen strokes and the little man, the White house Pdf was created, distorting the number one and placing it on a different layer.
i have lost track of who forged what. Didn’t someone intentionally forge a BC and then it got picked up by the WH and they used it. Or AP used it.
