What don't they understand that we're not voting for Romney, we're voting against Obama?

Maybe, just maybe Romney will go ahead and nominate someone conservatives can get behind.

Like ... PALIN.

That's not what your ballot will say. There's no line there for "against Obama".

Look, I get that there are those who will vote for the lesser of two evils. But don't call it what it's not. It's a vote for Romney.

Most politicians have good intentions and are good people in their own right, even in Washington. Nearly all of them believe that they’re striving for the common good. For a democratic republic, the United States federal government isn’t actually very corrupt.

You don't really believe that do you? We have our government laundering money through "Green Energy" corporations back into Democrat Party coffer, smuggling arms into a neighboring country in an effort to curtail a Constitutional Right, protecting vote fraud, etc. And this clown thinks they are "striving for the common good" and that Federal government "isn't actually very corrupt?"

Go ahead. Tell me another.

Factually untrue, self-deluding, fig leaf.

For God’s sake we better do something. We are stuck with the worst candidate in history going against the worst President in history.....Heck what a choice. Romney and Obama are identical in beliefs. One year ago, Romney was ranked dead last in the rankings of Presidential candidates that we wanted. Now, suddenly people (liberal Republicans) are slobbering over themselves with glee. This is 100 percent a worse election than 2008....2008, I was at least happy that McCain served in the Navy. This completely sucks!!!!! I am not happy one bit and will let everyone know daily until we kick Romney to the curb at the convention!!!! It must be done for the United States of America!!!!!!!

I'll put a question to a question...

In Iraq, before the US got rid of Saddam, everyone was forced to vote for the establishment, but at least you knew if you didn't you might get put in a torture chamber...what is your excuse for caving in on your principles and voting for establishment, big government, liberal A or establishment, big government, liberal B?

The GOP is laughing at conservatives and have no intent of ever nominating one.

"I and a lot of Republicans I know won't vote for a tea party guy," said attorney David Zacks of Bloomfield Hills, strolling past the expensive boutique shops of downtown Birmingham with his son during a recent lunch hour.

This is from Mitt's Michigan stronghold around Detroit. These are the kind of people who call us puritans after years of one way compromise from us. Franklin had some great advice that they should heed. They may as well hang with the democrats.

Michigan is a toss-up state.

A lot of union representation. Yet it (could) go GOP.

I’d say, put up with the whining union people this time around. They’re on our side for the time being.

Let them be.

If you want to hold your vote in protest, go right ahead.

Here’s another.

Moderates are lying, manipulative, bottom feeding scum who don’t have the courage to tell us they don’t want our votes.

Don’t just take their rhetoric at face value, do a bit of investigating to see if their voting record matches their words (if they’ve held office before).
[...] There are serious differences between President Obama and Mitt Romney on important political principles and policy matters, and Romney is unquestionably the more conservative of the pair.

This guy didn't take his own advice.
