Which is what I said when Roberts went to the dark side on ObamaCare. If "they" didn't have Roberts before the swearing ins (plural), then "they" certainly had him after it. Roberts is as corrupt as the rest of the government officials.
I had located a site that listed some of the tv stations that were supposed to air Joe's presser. One was a local Austin, TX station. Immediately after finding the list, it was gone. I'd posted that on FR and speculated if they'd really preempt the Ellen Degeneres show or Hussein's arrival for a GLTB fundraiser in Austin at 4:25 for Joe's news conference at 4:30. Of course, the tv station bumped Joe for the usurper. Air Force 1 landing 5 minutes before the news conference must have just been another in a long line of coincidences with this clown, right? Move along, nothing to see, mmmmmm mmmmmmm.

Technically and by the law the US does not make any special accommodations of dual or multiple citizenship. And when you naturalize as a US citizen you must formally renounce all other allegiances, thus re-enforcing the fact that as far as the US is concerned it is the only citizenship it will worry about when dealing with you.
That said, unlike some other countries - like Indonesia - the US does not expressly prohibit dual and multi-nationality. We probably all know some dual citizens. I know some tri and quad nationals. This is common with people born in British lands and move and/or marry others.
What minor native or natural born US citizen children do not lose regardless of the actions of their parents or guardians is the RIGHT to US citizenship upon reaching the age of majority. They may lose their actual status of US citizen while a minor. And this change in status would be recognized by the US.
How would you know someone ‘lost’ their US citizenship? There is a simple rule for US citizens traveling abroad. When entering the US you MUST show yourself as a US citizen. i.e. have a US passport. You can hold 4 different passports (I know someone who does) but when you enter the US and are in the US you MUST act and declare yourself a US citizen at all times. As a US citizen traveling or residing abroad you still MUST have a US passport.
If you present a foreign passport upon entry into the US or do not posses a US passport and only posses a foreign passport it clear you are not, at that point in time, a US citizen.
A child born in the US who has ‘lost’ their US citizenship due to parents renouncing and moving abroad can still reclaim US citizenship - through NATURALIZATION.
AT ANY POINT IN SPECIFIC TIME a naturalized citizen is not a natural born Citizen. The two groups or sets are non-intersecting or non-overlapping. You quite being a natural born citizen when you quite being a citizen. If you are no longer a citizen at all the adjectives are meaningless. When citizenship is bestowed to you later you via US Congress approved naturalization laws you are a naturalized citizen, not a natural born citizen at that point in time and going forward.
Applying the above to Obama known situations.
- His mother married an Indonesian citizen in March 1965. According to Indonesian law she (and her children) were Indonesian citizens as of March 1966.

In the last article SAD’s Indonesian started no later than March 1966. And note that Indonesian citizenship is automatic for an adopted child under the age of 5. As of March 1966 Obama was only 4 years. And as of March 1966 his mother was considered an Indonesian citizen - thus as of March 1966 through one of the mechanisms above Obama was an Indonesian citizen.
Via the (incomplete) passport records obtained via FOIA for SAD it is known that Obama was expressly removed from her US passport in August of 1968. So at this point in time there is no known US passport for Obama. And according to Indonesian law he should not have one. Neither should SAD as Indonesia does expressly forbid dual citizenship. Since this is less than 1 year after mother and child had entered the country in 1967 this all may have been part of the ‘clean up citizenship status’ effort if they entered Indonesia on US passports in 1967 but needed to formally transfer all their records to Indonesian citizen records to reflect their Indonesian citizen status. The one year period commonly mentioned above may not have started until they entered Indonesia in 1967.
The next data point is the Christmas time photo with Scott in Hawaii in 1969. This shows Obama was traveling between Indonesia and Hawaii. What passport did Obama use for this trip back to the US. Likely an Indonesia passport - though it is unknown for sure.
Based on the laws of Indonesia and the documented fact that Obama was removed from his mothers US passport without evidence of obtaining his own US passport it is a REASONABLE conclusion that he was recognized as solely as an Indonesian citizen between August 1968 and December of 1971. And that after 1971 at some point he would have to naturalize to re-establish US citizenship. And a naturalized citizen is not a natural born Citizen. And if all this is the case we have a cut and dry Constitutional crisis.

Shep’s comment was: that he was hurrying/running up the steps. In-for-the-day. Wasn’t visiting the WH. Hadn’t invited the O to the wedding and maybe he was delivering cake to the justices. As you can see there was more jest in Shep’s comment then accuracy and maybe the “running up the step” should have been in quotes.

Charles arrived in the US and visited with SCOTUS on Tuesday, May 3 and met with Obama on Wednesday. Obama flubbed the date on the guest book in England three weeks later on Tuesday, May 24, 2011.

1)Whether there was an amended or altered BC issued for Obama if/when he was adopted. Even if they showed a bonafide copy of his original BC, it would not show a later amendment or that it was late, unless it was amended after one year. The Hawaiian verification did not verify the WH document completely it verified the information, thus if the original was marked ALTERED or LATE it could have been modified by someone before posting on the WH and removed the wording ALTERED or LATE and it might not conflict with the Hawaii verification of information. No one in the press has asked Obama if he was adopted or ever used a different name or citizenship.
2) The Original on file with HDOH has never been publicly verified or inspected by a court or document examiner.
Obama has vigorously refused to enter his BC into any court of law where it could be challenged for authenticity and an inspection likely made.
3) An empty file could have had a forged copy “inserted”. A copy of a forgery even though certified as a copy is still a copy of a forgery.

No, I do not believe outting him would cause CWII mainly because there are too many lazy Americans who can't bother getting off the couch to see about their kids much less to bother about the government.

All this hoopla about race wars and riots and a total breakdown is part of the demwits’ talking points as a scare tactic so no one will blow the whistle.
I'll address this in three parts:
1- I agree. The communists and their media allies have been attempting to take the decent, peaceful US population hostage since the '08 primaries and so far, they have been successful.
Some years ago, I posted my SPECULATION that Hillary was threatened in that mysterious 6-hour meeting with 0b0z0 during the '08 primary. Most likely 0b0z0’s counter-threat was in answer to the Clintons' own threat of disqualifying 0b0z0. I believe it was 0b0z0's counter-threat of Black rioting and voting against her for McCain, which meant that the Republicans would be handed the WH. I'm sure there was another threat of using the Chicago formidable Machine against the Clintons less formidable Arkansas Machine, to what extent, God only knows.
Some sort of a deal was struck, Hillary became SoS when 0b0z0 became President helped by Soros's manufactured Lehman Brothers' collapse, the financial meltdown that turned the tide against McCain and the rest is history.
2- I disagree on the "implication" that what I see as manufactured and readied civil unrest is just communist “talking points.” Indications are that we are far beyond communists’ talk and that we’re well in the implementation stage of the Communist Manifesto and the “total transformation of America.” When we heard tat 5 days before the ’08 election, the sleepy American majority never gave the impending disaster a second thought.
Well, I pray it won't happen and that 0b0z0 and his communist cabal will be thrown out, PEACEFULLY! However, all the signs indicate that the communists are trained and ready to implement their plans when the "real polls" indicate it’s too close for comfort or a sure loss for 0b0z0.
You just have to look at:
a- All the flash mobs that are continuing to this day
b- The calls for violence (Van Jones) and killing pigs (cops)
c- H0lder's complete disregard for justice for Whitey with no arrests or “mention” of races involved
d- The Trayvon Martin incident and Black Panthers publicly putting a $10,000 bounty on Zimmerman's head
e- Sharpton's leading the crowds’ "No Justice, No peace" chants
f- The Wisconsin riots/recalls
g- The Ohio union thugs campaign against Kasich and threats of more of the same where they lost elections, etc.
h- OWS shenanigans of communists living in their parents’ mansions across the country, aka, the 99%
Imagine what they would do before and after LOSING the big one, the presidential election, that is!
In addition, we all know of the avalanche of ruling by fiat through EOs in the infamous "Friday dumps" that bypassed the cowardly Congress.
The 0b0z0 communist cabal is capable and ready to reelect him “by any means necessary” as confirmed by Ulsterman’s WHI and the “new” MI (Military Insider) interview. (FR frowns upon posting the site’s URL.)
To complete the write-up, I’ll summarize, one more time, what I believe(d) the logical signs to look for in order to confirm the manufactured SHTF scenario:
a- Sudden organized protests/riots/escalating violence for “different” reasons other than “the real reasons,” complete with computer-printed signs, with the MSM weighing in and demanding the arrest and control of the “Tea Parties and right-wing whackos
b- Coordinated “terrorist incidents” and the MSM echoing the “domestic terrorists” mantra without mentioning anything about perpetrators’ religion(s), race(s), agenda(s), etc.
c- The usual purposeful lack of L0w and H0lder arrests/control of 0b0z0’s “sons” and H0lder’s “my people,” coupled with the MSM’s silence and/or outright defense of the “99%”
d- Sluggish Internet “service” in parts of the country
e- Sluggish cell phone “service” in same or more parts of the country
f- Some problems with talk radio broadcasts and/or FOX…However, I don’t think this will be needed because they’re proven to be regime-threatened entities, at least regarding the taboo subjects we’re talking about and that it may alert a large chunk of the population “too quickly”
g- d and e are definitely needed BEFORE proceeding to disarm the citizenry in sections of the country. This is why I used the words “sluggish Internet/cell” rather than the words “No Internet/cell” when they’re forced to use the “kill switches”
h- Markets crash and the run on the banks starts and spreads to the rest of the Western World
i- When the chaos turns into a full “threat of” or actual CW II, which will NEVER be acknowledged as what it really is, the full resistance to the communist takeover, the MSM will fire on all cylinders demanding “protection” of the citizenry, saving the economy, etc. by invoking Martial Law and “suspending the shredded Constitution” and “postponing” the elections indefinitely.
j- An 0b0z0 speech from the WH in which he “heeds” the calls to protect the citizens and agrees to implement recommendations from his National Security Council to save the world and announces that he’s “forced” to implement (i)
Communist history tells you that communists never, ever retreat an inch without being forced to do so. The communists we’re dealing with feel so close, yet so far, from grabbing total control and enslaving the American population. They will do anything, no matter how vicious it is, to subjugate the population, kill Capitalism and vanquish the only superpower that destroyed the USSR, their ideological Mecca.
Well, I hope that this is worth reading, but to some, it will be considered “Dreams From MY Mind.” I assure those who think so that they’re from my mind and NOT “From The Mind of Minolta!” To those who read about communism or were unlucky enough to have lived part of your lives under communism or dictatorships, you know that these are no “Dreams,” rather; they’re based on history ready to repeat itself. I wish this is nothing but a bad dream, but I’m not holding my breath.
