Good observation...
Very early on thought the term “Afrikan” came from a forwarded copy of the Kenyan BC, possibly though the DOS. The address used on the BC would assure his grandparents received the copy.
Good posibility that legal formalities messed up the families intentions.
Regardless, the Posse has shown that HI BCs are not as valuable as a square of toilet paper.

Yeah, I’ve always thought that Great Britain had to have the information.

When you think of what an empire Britain had in the old days they must of had very strict regulations for registering vital events under their watch.

An African government alone? Eh, not so much. But Great Britain? Yeah, they have the records.
