If his ID is fake (which it is), then the next question is “who is he really”? His fake ID mom and pop are fake - not read - as his ID is fake - not real.
So any legal outcome would obviously be looking at trying to find out who he really is, since his “legal” docs are forgeries. It’s really simple.
