The claimed finding of an index pointing to an actual BC for Barry in the BNA archive helps defeat Barry in the court of public opinion, where he is losing...especially if an image of that BC can be made public. It is a long shot, but worth the effort, IMO.

AZ AG Bennett has pointed out that if there was a crime committed by Barry in Maricopa County, Sheriff Joe would normally go to Bill Montgomery, the newly elected Maricopa County DA, who is in Sheriff's Joe's camp, according to some reports. Sheriff Joe appears to be keeping that in his back pocket, as the DA is GOP and it would be seen as partisan.
