Not really. Ever since Romney's old man ran for President it's been customary for candidates to release their tax records from the last 10 to 28 years.

I didn't hear where anyone was considered "too rich to show", did you?

Even though you and I and Ann know there's nothing in there that's bad, his abrupt refusal to adhere to custom raises suspicions that maybe there IS something bad in there.

If he really wants to be President and not just run a losing campaign he'll probably need to come across with 2007, 2008, 2009 fur shur ~ that'll give us an idea of how much he lost in the Great Obama Recession stock market crash, and how he minimized his losses ~ that will include any multi-million dollar refunds due him from the federal government.

Otherwise, I guess he doesn't really want to be President.

Democrats are best fought with truth and righteousness ~ quibbling over the subtle nuances of procrastination isn't one of the big weapons.

And their medical records, college records, and college theses. So, where's Obomas paperwork? I know I'm still waiting.

C.mon. Let's do this fairly. A page of Romney's for a page of Obomas. What's so bad about being fair? Can't we handle this in a bipartisan manner?

Just to follow up on Concerned’s reply and yours as well. I agree with a lot of what you’re saying but as Concerned says only if Obama releases his. It’s also been a tradition to release college records going back as well and the President hasn’t done this so who’s not following custom?

It’s not that we’re not fighting Democrats with truth and righteousness it’s that we’re not fighting with one hand tied behind our back. We can’t keep allowing Democrats to get 9 points for their touchdowns and only six for ours. Eventually we’ll lose and that’s just the way it is.

And we can’t continue to hide behind “playing fair” or “not sinking down to their level” and other such philosophies as an excuse to not fight hard and a little dirty if need be because we’re afraid to.

All releasing more tax returns does is give fodder to the Democrats.....you do realize that you can ask 10 different CPA’s about a tax question, and get 10 different answers....especially when they are complicated, which the Romney’s have to be....when Obomba releases his college records, etc....then, MAYBE we can talk....until then....I could care less about anyone’s tax returns, UNLESS they really are CHEATING....LIKE little Timmy Geithner! (Romnney is not likely cheating....the IRS would already be after him.)
