For Starbucks Appreciation Day, I’m going to get my coffee at McDonald’s for a buck, and leave the server a three dollar tip.
My problem is that I don’t buy much ephemeral stuff. I can’t participate in “boycotts” effectively. But I CAN participate in “buycotts”.
The only way I can respond to this is go to Chick-Fil-A today or buy coffee somewhere that is NOT starbucks. The latter doesn’t seem that effective.
just don’t try to give me crap for going to Starbucks, which is my usual routine. because GUESS WHAT? if i want a Starbucks Iced Venti Latte, i am going to HAVE a Starbucks Iced Venti Latte /antoine dodson. Go and tell THAT homeboy! ; )
In Canada coffee at McD’s is free all this week. That should do wonders for the whole Starbucks Appreciation thingy.
