No. A successor administration will not set a precedent of litigating against a former administration.

I tend to agree with Mike but for different reasons. The biggest is one US Agent was killed on our soil as a direct result of their actions, whether politically on purpose or political incompetence, and another killed while serving in Mexico. That goes without mention to the hundreds of Mexican civilians and quite possibly American civilians on both sides of the border such as the rancher in Cochise County, Az.

Seeing that we are way beyond being in Kansas anymore, I would think a new administration does not need to go trawling for crimes of this one but they will be dropping in their laps right and left. Whistle-blowers are going to be lining up at the new Justice Department like customers on the Chick-fil-A appreciation day.

Combine that with a population that is starving for a little justice out of Justice. Remember, it takes political pressure to get that office to act and we will be applying it in ways never seen before.

Also, we can simply extradite Holder to Mexico to face charges there for the deaths of hundreds of their citizens.
