In Chester, Pennsylvania, local township officials are threatening to fine a woman who gives free lunches to local poor children $600 per day. Why? Since she lives in a residential area, she is required to submit a request to the township zoning board in order to receive a variance to continue her charitable work.

Drive down your street till you come to the first building outside the township. Lease that building and carry on. It has to be the very first building on the other side of the township line or a lot of the message is lost.

This is an excellent idea, presuming it’s still close enough for those neighborhood kids to get there.
