He has proven beyond any reasonable doubt that he is not ready for prime time. And on a Missouri TV station no less, not even real prime time. Abortion issues aside, to me this was clear proof he has not done his homework, has not thought out what his answers would be to the most obvious questions that he might be asked. Agreed. I don’t know the guy. He’s PROBABLY a good man, with good ideas. That won’t cut it anymore. I’m tired of defending people who are ideologically “pure” but completely unelectable because of things like this. I also understand there are a lot of people who find such pragmatism offensive. I appreciate those views, but I’m contemplating the real world.
