However, I DO think Eastwood should have been scheduled on another night. He is drawing attention away from Romney. He should have been on Tuesday, with Ann Romney. I don't think we got much from Mrs. Romney, but Eastwood would have attrached more eyeballs and done a good job of demolishing Obama, to be followed on Wednesday and Thursday by Ryan and Romney saying what they were going to do different.
Also, it says a lot for liberal "tolerance" that few show people will publically admit they are Republican (country music seems an exception) until they are retired or practically so. Because they know it will be hard to find work after you've stood up as a republican.
