I have traveled and lived all over the world and from my perspective nobody hates Americans more than Canadians, Britons, and Australians.
Ironically, a close second to those nationalities are Mexican nationalists/fascists in the US who think at the heart of the failure of the Mexican state and the oppression of Mexicans inside and outside of Mexico is the United States.
Worse yet, if we were not to limit hate of America to foreigners, the group that hates the United States most are American liberals, notably those on the academic left and their brain washed sheep in the Occupy and anarchist movements.

They don’t, you’re just more aware of it because you speak the same language.
I’m an Englishman and I encountered more anti-British sentiment when I lived in California than I did when I lived in France, Germany, Dubai or the Czech Republic, but that was largely because I understood the nuances of the language better.
If you want anti-British sentiment, this is the ideal forum - it’s full of people who hate the British and take every opportunity to run my country down, usually based on some half-baked tabloid story. :)

I would have to exclude Albertans from the mix. Perhaps because they have fewer lefties in the province and they are more self reliant in their energy rich province. For me they seemed to have more of a self reliant American mindset than the typical Canadian. Always found them welcoming. Quebec, on the other hand....
Also, the Aussies, provided you are not talking to a lefty, did not display any animus. They are fun loving folks. Unfortunately though it seems every time I go back to Australia the lefties have multiplied and the Western European mindset is taking hold on some of them.
