How could any sentient American, after nearly four years of the reign of Obama, be "undecided" just 5 weeks before the election?

I know several who voted for obama in 2008 that are unsure if they will vote for anyone in 2012.

It's likely the pollsters just don't have a category for "I won't vote for Obama again, but I can't bring myself to vote for Romney either, so I'll either stay home or leave that line blank".
