I predict a solution will be to bring back the draft, either into the military or some government-run civil service organization.
The solution is to strike down Dodd-Frank and lift the onerous regulations placed on all businesses. They cannot hire because the extra money is flowing to the Government. They could use that money to hire. Money going to the Government is just money down the rabbit hole. And the Military (which has my utmost respect) and Civil Service are more Government jobs. Which require more taxes, fees, tariffs, etc, to pay the wages to the new Military or Civil Service employees. Strike down all the new regulations and there will be much more money to hire. Just MHO.
