I live in SOCAL. 100% of the panhandlers I see standing by the freeway offramp are either white or black, but mostly white guys. (Last week, there was an attractive white female standing with a sign on one of the offramps to US-101 which read, "Need gas money-driving to Memphis" A week later, the same woman, with the same sign was standing at the same offramp, LOL).

I Never see an Hispanic begging for change. If an Hispanic is there, he or she is selling oranges, strawberries or flowers.

Being useless in a kind of sin in most Asian cultures so they are fond to be employed and make money at all cost.
As for Hispanics they have a big families. If one has home and a meal he/she has to share it with relatives.
