A FReeper on the NC forum who now splits his time between Colombia and south Florida, has described televised crowds of Venezuelan dual citizens, exiles basically, in south Florida crying and very distraught, warning Americans not to let it happen here, they sounded extremely concerned and upset, and not just about Chavez but our own election. I believe he saw it on Univision

It’s interesting.
I was following several newspapers and blogs reporting and they were all saying the other guy won, went to bed and wala Chavez actually won.
We have friends there, and the mood was hopeful and energetic that Chavez was losing.
Don’t know what happened, but it was not what the masses thought was going to happen.
Well, is this a persecutor to what’s going to happen here in the US.........
