I'm a computer programmer (45 years).
It is a trivial matter, maybe 4 - 5 lines of code, to insert into a program statements which simply discard or ignore every 10th Republican vote.
Where were the votes counted? What computer system? Who managed that computer system?
Was the counting program secure? Was there an audit trail, that is a simple check of actual votes submitted versus total votes counted/reported?
These are important questions.
I bet if you find the answers to them you will discover that somehow George Soros was involved in the counting programs.

I’m also a programmer ,, very easy to do ,, exactly every tenth requires a counter ,, maybe just a “if value=R and last digit of timestamp is 1 then discard” ,, you’d get a more randomized 10% cut in Romney votes.. if you want 5% then “if last 2 digits of timestamp ge “57” “ and so on and so forth... LOTS OF SOROS MONEY floating around..
We have had some reports of no vote on the presidential race and votes for the downstream races.. more than usual..
As shrill as the RATS were about the Diebold machines I have read the data and they were about secure as an unlocked car with the keys in the ignition... and governments bought them anyway ... I have no confidence in the systems in use around the country because the same idiots bought those systems with the same “expertise” in security and database design.
Vote fraud is a win-win for the RATS ...
