You can also purchase from online “clipper” services. They charge per coupon - example: a popular $1.00 off coupon has a “fee” of maybe 10 cents. So you end up saving 90 cents on the product.

The great thing about this type of service is that you target exactly what coupons you want, and how many you want, whereas on ebay you may get a bundle which has a bunch of coupons you don’t want.

One I use is:http://www.westcoastcouponclipping.com/

Another thing you can do is go to the websites of your favorite most used products and sign up for their emails. I opened a “junk” email account just for this type of correspondence. They sometimes send printable coupons.

Since obama has been in office there are fewer coupons, they have lower value, and some are ridiculous in requiring you to purchase three or four of the item in order to use the coupon. For example - a $1.00 off coupon where you must purchase four boxes of plain original cheerios. So, you only “save” 25 cents per box, and you have to eat cheerios forever. The other big change is that the coupons expire very close to their issue date. Remember when coupons were valid for an average of six months? Now it’s difficult to find coupons valid for more than six weeks, while a good many of them are only valid for four weeks now.

That clipping service is fast - they have a great turnaround time, so I have even sometimes brought coupons that would expire in under two weeks because I knew they would mail them right out. Three to four days to receive in my mailbox.

Yes, I also use clipping services. However, I make sure they are geographically close since time is usually of the essence in using the coupons.
