The idea that Obamamugabe can let a foreign entity dictate to us what we can or cannot do according to our own Constitution or Bill Of Rights is tantamount to treason.

I think you are correct.

If the President knowingly signed a treaty that superseded any or all parts of the United States Constitution he would (IMHO) be committing an act of High Treason.
