I think that it's wonderful that California taxpayers are so willing to pay for education for foreign nationals.
Online registration makes things a lot easier too.

But wait...
The citizens of California passed an act specifically forbidding this in 1994.
We were told by 1 (as in "one") federal judge that we had no right to make an immigration law...and that passing a law forbidding taxpayer funding of illegal aliens was indeed making an immigration law.
Where is Judge Pfaelzer now? Wouldn't she rule this law un-Constitutional as she did for Prop. 187?
No?
