It has been a few years but I once heard a sermon about adultery that contained the wisest advice I have ever heard. “When a man finds himself falling in love with a woman who is not his wife, he must never see her again.”
Since this man owns the dental practice, the only way to follow this Godly advice is to ask the woman to find another job. A woman with class and understandng would have no problem complying with such a request.

Very true.

However, the dentist should have been man enough to admit it was his problem, not hers, and have moved heaven and earth to find her an equivalent or better job. If necessary he should have kept her on the payroll (without coming in) till she did find that job.

The person to demonstrate class and understanding would be the dentist himself, recognizing that he is a hopelessly horny little bas$%rd and needs to get himself some therapy, both for himself and his marriage.

An excellent rule, whether at home, the workplace at play. Common sense too.
