Yeah, that’s what I mean. The docs will submit the forms for many medical conditions, and the state takes them at their word and issues the permits.....in some states.
So are you saying that doctors who swear under fear of the law, will issues false forms.
When my daughter was 13, she had an operation on her leg which required an Ilizaroth (Like an exoskeleton).
The doctor signed one of those forms for only one month (a temporary place card) because he said the DMV did not consider this a “true” disability. She had to use crutches to walk with this thing on her leg. She was to have it for six months then a cast for another 4-6 months.
The CA DMV saw the device and changed the place card to six months.
It is just not that easy to get one, well in CA that is.
