The 20th century was disastrous for the USA. Marxism moved in incrementally and because it didn’t appear to be bothering the majority of us, we did nothing. We saw what happened to Ruby Ridge and Waco, to the native American reservations, the Japanese, etc., and we sort of felt that it was not our problem, or that the ‘good’ people in government would act to make things right. It didn’t happen, of course, so now we have 2 parties that are on the same path to full Marxism. One slower than the other, to be sure, but both are headed that way. The problem is to whom do we turn to lead? I doubt that we could agree on as few as 2-3 people because the media has tarnished our best so that many of us believe the lies, as well. Problem is: there are NO PERFECT PEOPLE. We are going to have to look carefully at those who are speaking out, those who are standing up, and try to rally support behind them. I’m for a new political party, myself. The GOP seems to have made irrevocable agreements with the democrats over the years. The dems don’t hold to them, but we are forced to or they take to the public and decry our breaking their trust. Our side doesn’t do the same. I know they have no stomach for it...and to honest, most of us would not. However, the time has come to stand up and be counted. If we do not, we are essentially saying that we either don’t care, or that the issue is not worth it. At what point does it become?

Obama is prodding, provoking a fight...not with the GOP, but with law-abiding citizens. He wants US to cross the line first, draw the first blood, then he can say that his actions were necessary for the good of all. For the children, you know...the dems favorite political hide out. As Mark Levin says, among others (Rush, etc.) we have to be very cautious. We need to try to not break the laws of the land. Our action HAS TO BE in reaction to a deliberate act of lawlessness by the government. Yes, I know that they are being lawless right now, but it would not be in our best interest or favor to start shooting, or have an armed conflict over Obama’s WORDS. We need to start organizing a real lawful rebellion first.

All I’m saying is to be careful that you do not bring a swat team to your house in the middle of the night. And, by all means, let us keep our heads. We cannot be reactionary. That usually results in poor judgement and more harm done than good.

I would love to comply but I sold all of my guns at those terrible gun shows. Im considering putting a sign in my front yard saying that we have no gums. Then i can get a multimillion dollar grant from FedGOVCO and retire early. I still can’t figure why they attached “Gun show” to the fact that they are trying to make it illegal for me to sell my gun to you as a private citizen. All the vendors at gun shows do a NICS check on anyone buying a gun from them.

Be careful indeed. Rash action at this point would counter productive. Join NRA and/or similar groups. Encourage your friends and family to join. I read that the ranks of NRA have jumped 250K, bringing the total to 4 Million members. Surveys show that 47% of homes have guns. That is almost 150 Million potential NRA members. There is power in numbers.
