I’ve noticed that the Fogbowers haven’t attacked you here on Free Republic. They say when you receive flak you must be over the target. But the flak you’ve received here is from people who want you to show your documentation - not from the Fogbow folks. If what you are saying is correct, then why aren’t those people acting scared when you mention the immigration records?
I and others have asked you whether the Certificate of Naturalization that you talk about is listed in a public index/listing. You didn’t answer. I asked you to tell me how to get access to a public listing with Obama’s name if it exists, and you won’t tell me - either publicly or privately.
On here you talk about how Obama could authorize the release of his CON, but then he could also authorize the release of his real BC; it’s not gonna happen. People have already filed suits to try to get at his passport records - but nobody has standing to see them. And they’ve sued to see his mother’s passport records, and we’re told that her records were destroyed (even though none of the required paper trail for such a records disposition change and destruction can be found either).
What we have, legally, is a certification that Onaka cannot verify any birth facts for Obama. That flies in the face of what you’re saying. You haven’t responded to this. Why won’t Onaka verify Obama’s birth facts?
If young Barry were really adopted by Soetoro, his original BC (should such exist) SHOULD HAVE BEEN SEALED. That is there SHOULD be no available "Obama" BC in the archives, unless unsealed by court order. Thus, if there were a readily available BC, it should have read "Soetoro." If I am on the right track, it only adds to the COLB/BC confusion. It all might be speedily resolved by Team Obama releasing what they received from Hawaii and holding it up next to that purports to be the BC. That's never going to happen, making it painfully obvious that Team Obama used digital data from the HIDOH do make a rather attractive DIY BC.
As you know, I always get rather bored talking about the BC, anyway. A Hawaiian Birth Certificate is nowhere near as trustworthy a document as a Honolulu dog license. The island state is awash with Asians (particularly Chinese, Samoans, and Filipinos who got after-the-fact BC's by working the "Home Birth" scam. This was well known even before Sheriff Joe's guys made it official. Also, as Hillary might say, "What's the bloody difference? If he is not an NBC, why torture ourselves?"
On the issue of citizenship: young Barry would have had, upon reaching his majority, the choice of Kenyan, British, Indonesian, or American citizenship. So, what did he actually do? Beats me. Since by then he had been back living with Grandma and Granpa, the answer could well be, "Nothing." If Obama Sr. is the father, Barry's NBC is in question because the charming Kenyan bigamist was among other things, NOT an American Citizen.
So, this is a case for the SCOTUS. What is a Natural Born Citizen? Pray tell us, O Black-Robed Constitutional Arbiters.
