Look at the influence exerted through PAC’s and other exempt organizations and you’ll understand they do exempt themselves.
The East Germans showed what common people can do when they’ve had enough. They simply sat down and did not go to work. No doctors, no teachers, no store owners to keep groceries on the shelves, no utility workers keeping the water flowing and the lights on. Society stopped producing the necessities of life. There is no government in the world that can stay afloat when the people say, “Do it yourself. I quit.”
The massive debt is how you control people. Create desire and it is worse than a drug addiction. The need to have that new car or bigger home can cause more pain than you imagine.
The free trade agreements are opening the world to a whole new third world population of potential consumers who will yearn to have everything that is on TV, just like Americans do.
They’ll send their kids to public indoctrination classes - public schools to get an education so they too can earn cold hard cash in a job that promises it will enable them to live a better life.
We are getting new taxes that will control us from reaching too far into the hole. The leaders know how to control the masses.

The $17 trillion in Federal debt, for another example. No one ever bothers to really think about WHY it is there. What would ever possess Congress to borrow the money for their overspending, when they could simply Constitutionally create it.
Now what benefit could there possibly be to having the U.S. government in debt ? Why would that ever happen ?
And there’s the common fallacy - if elites “controlled the world”, they could control every tiny thing, like what I eat for breakfast, which, of course, they don’t come to my house and tell me what to eat - so therefore they do not control anything.
No one ever bothers to wonder who financed the industrial buildup of Nazi Germany. Was the capital all from within Germany - or was there investment from outside Germany ?
