That is exactly the same argument being used by the Obama supporters, so you are arguing like an Obama supporter. Unfortunately for your argument and for you, the argument is a fantasy with no basis in reality. Under the laws of Cuba, any child of two Cuban citizens born in a foreign country was born with Cuban citizenship, and the citizenship. This natural born citizenship, citizenship based upon the citizenship of the parents upon the child’s birth, would be forfeited if certain conditions were not met by the age of majority. That is a fact. The natural born citizen clause was written for the express purposed of denying eligibility to any person who was born with allegiance to a foreign sovereign after the adoption of the Constittution and its natural born citizenship clause. Marco Rubio was born with allegiance to the his parent’s sovereign nation, which was Cuba. The fact that Marco Rubio was native born in the United States and therefore had the option of forfeiting his natural born Cuban citizenship at or after his age of majority is irrelevant to the question of whether or not he was born with a natural born allegiance to a foreign sovereign and foreign nation of Cuba.
You can dodge, twist, and obfuscate all you want with non-existant and/or fallacious authorities, but the simple fact remains that Marco Rubio’s parent chose to remain Cuban citizens long after Marco Rubio’s birth, and Marco Rubio was natural born with a Cuban citizenship which disqualified him at birth.
If you persist in denying such blatantly obvious realities as his Cuban citizenship at birth and the natural born citizen cluse and its clear inteent, it can only be concluded that you support the same argument being used by the Obama supporters and the Liberals which is destructive of the Constitution.

My arguments are not from any Obama arguments. To the contrary, it is you who use the lack of support for your case.
You show no precedent to support your case. No legal argument. You simply just believe it to be true because you state it such.
The Birther argument fails on the definition of “Natural Born Citizen”. There is legal precedent to support my side of the argument. Your side of the argument depends on “hope and change”, because you just know it so.
Obama fails to produce a Birth Cert that is real, which brings into question his citizenship. He has hidden his college records, probably to hid his foreign student ID. But, there is no legal argument in the definition of “natural born”.
Rubio has a valid Birth Cert. and clearly is a natural born citizen as follows from the Constitution and the legal precedent developed in other cases which authoritatively define Natural Born....as being born in the United States.
