bttt - like several have written, i’ve never been a big Stones fan but that just changed. I don’t understand all the anti-Israel attitude in the UK. Have I missed something? The wife and I watched a PBS Masterpiece Classic spy type movie “Page Eight” the other day and the whole premise of the thing was anti-Israel, anti-IDF and Pro-Palestinian. Did the IDF lob rockets into London while we weren’t looking?
Antisemitism has as long a history in England as it does in Germany and other places in Europe. Jews were not even allowed to live in England from 1290 through 1656.
