Zimmerman is serving time, at this early stage(1 year down so far), we have no idea how much money, or loss of freedom/time this will cost him total.
This whole thing kind of reminds me of the Security Guard Richard Jewell who the FBI almost hounded to death trying to prove he was the Olympic Park bomber in Atlanta. All you had to do was take one look at the guy and you knew there was no way he was the bomber. His life was just destroyed. I’m suprised he didn’t commit suicide.
