I see you found the commie version on PBS. Good.
What the commie propagandists don’t mention is that the vast majority of Bonus marchers folded their tents and left DC after the senate vote. That left about a thousand commies and their sympathizers.
Here’s one key phrase: “But on June 17 the bill was defeated in the Senate, and tempers began to flare on both sides.”
There were only two sides: the commie infiltrators who wanted to create a martyr moment and the army who wanted the commies cleared out. Actually that was a signal to the commies to create an incident, and they did.
Here’s the other key phrase: “most of the press was less sympathetic.”
Duh! No chit.
Anyone who believes the PBS version of what happened to the Bonus marchers has strayed into useful idiot territory.
Let’s see your version of the story.
No matter how you try to de-humanize and blame the victims, I bet the story does not strip them of their US citizenship.
It is a classic dodge that you are trying to use - the actions were called for because the victim was was somehow sub-human and undeserving of human rights.
I await your version. Surely you can find someplace that has it.

The Army and the Commies. Hmmm.
How do you differentiate an Army of Commmies from the thing General Eisenhower warned us about 50+ years ago?

Are we there yet?
What about in the near future when homosexuals are running the Corporatist termite mound?
