This talk of Wong Ark Kim being applicable to Natural Born Citizens is ridiculous. The remarks in Wong Ark Kim are what is called the
dicta of an opinion. It is not the ruling such as we have in Minor vs Haperstadt (sp) and should not be seriously regarded as one. Wong Ark Kim is irrelevant as regards the issue of natural born citizenship.
