Why does any company that has anything to do with manufacturing firearms or accessories for firearms base their company in a blue State?
They’ve been there for going on 200 years.
We used to be a republican state. I don’t know what the hell happened here.These Demo rats have driven most of the Mfg. out of the state. I used to work at a dozen factories just in Hartford alone, Cushman chuck, Fuller Brush, Royaltype,Heublin,Stanadyne,Colts,Whitney Chain,Allen Mfg.,Mustad Nail,makers of everything from A-Z. They employed thousands of people. Guess how many Mfg. there are in Hartford now? ZIP,NADA. ZERO!Driven out by high taxes. crime and an increasingly dumber population. Of course the riots in the 60’s didn’t help. Now we are doing to the state what was done in Hartford. Remington GONE, Marlin GONE now if they can only get rid of Colt they will have a Trifecta! Can’t wait to get out of here, can’t happen soon enough!
When Colt started manufacturing, Connecticut was still the Constitution State.
