It was given to Army recruits on several bases around the country that asked if they would fire on US civilian if so ordered. The news of it spread like fire and the Army soon retracted it.

I had no idea of that. But this resident of our White House has handlers who tell the sock-puppet what to do.

And so far, I haven't seen a retraction or an apology.
