It’s a giant red herring. Research “loss of U.S. citizenship” and you will learn that such loss requires a positive declaration of intent to renounce one’s citizenship before a consular official. Declarants must be of legal age; no one else can do it for them or to them. Under the posted fantasy, Obama would have lost his citizenship as a young child, through adoption by an Indonesian step-father. Not legally possible under U.S. law.
