All of this Indonesian stuff is (a) True and (b) So What?
If, and it is a very big IF as we all know, it is decided by the SCOTUS gods someday somehow that The Mombasa MF is actually a natural born Citizen (FFC), the fact that he was taken to Indonesia as a minor, made an Indonesian citizen, or whatever, given an Indonesian passport (all of which is merely logical) it will not matter the worth of a tinker's donkey's efflatus.
IF, I say if, That was IFFF, Obama were to be found an NBC, even by a newly stacked SCOTUS to include Lula,Raúl Castro, and Barbra Streisand, that Indonesian interlude would not mean a thing. If one is a natural born citizen, that status cannot be removed during one's minority, if indeed, ever.
After all the sturm und drang, it still boils down to this (to mix metaphors) the ball is in another court, the SCOTUS. They have the appeals. All they need is the courage to take one on.

Now boys and girls, let me curmudgeonly bludgeon youse all once again: Look at your paychecks. Unless they say "SCOTUS," all of this is merely polite (and not-so-polite) bar talk. The only good that can come of all this hot air is if it makes those in authority to actually do something.... uncomfortably hot enough to actually do it. If not, we might as well start drawing up plans to put the Tan Trotsky on Mt. Rushmore and sign up for our own free cell phone and EBT Cards, or stack up MRE's, ammo, and enough gasoline to get us to a rebel redoubt in Idaho.
