In many countries, the working classes sought to make May Day an official holiday, and their efforts largely succeeded. May Day has long been a focal point for demonstrations by various socialist, communist and anarchist groups. In Germany, May Day coincides with Walpurgisnacht.[7] May Day has been an important official holiday in countries such as the People’s Republic of China, North Korea, Cuba and the former Soviet Union. May Day celebrations typically feature elaborate popular and military parades in these countries[citation needed].

Been here since 2003. I'm sure it has been spoken about. My “power” to delete the irrelevant is VERY strong.
The Democratic motto is “My Honor is My Loyalty”.
As long as loaded tanks and missiles are directed toward DC. Let’s call it not aimed, but nodding.
I actually followed the link to the WH. It’s not satire. Orwellian.
Its really Loyalty to Obama and the Democratic Progressives.
You realize, of course, that you are now on ‘the List.’

Remember when dissent was patriotic?
I prefer July 4th,thank you very much.
May Day commemorates the anarchist/terrorist bombing of the haymarket in Chicago.
I see nothing wrong with loyalty to the Constitution, to the rule of law, to the concept of limited government, and to the freedoms that our ancestors fought to preserve. Of course Obama speaking up for that concept is like Bill Clinton endorsing fidelity or Michelle Obama endorsing a healthy diet, but I still agree with the sentiment. Now, if the druggie is referring to loyalty toward an out of control behemoth that systematically violates the Constitution, that’s an entirely different story.
commies love “May Day”
It just makes them feel like they gotta party
Thanks to that spiffy new data center they just inaugurated in Utah, we’re all on the list.
