Disney claims they "don't sponsor" the event, but I think the concealed truth is otherwise.

If some group organized a White Supremacy Day at Disney, using the same procedures as Gay Day, Disney's legal dept would be all over the group, and anybody identifiably part of the group would be ejected from Disney immediately.

I would imagine that large part of Disney staff is gay.

Yes, a very large portion of their "creative" department is homosexual, and openly so. And you make an excellent point about other radical groups being discouraged, if not outright banned, from declaring a day for their ideological adherents to come and demonstrate their world view in front of those who would be highly offended.

Church organizations, years ago, organized boycotts of Disney parks for their tacit participation in these "gay days." I'm sure these Church groups did a little homework before making such a bold statement.
