There was the ‘composite’ girlfriend....she doesn't exist and there was the Australian girlfriend.....she's sketchy as well. If you were to openly call for past girlfriends of any famous person I'm sure they would openly come forward. In the case of Obama, we get a picture through a foreign news agency with a story attached. AFAIC, there's no girlfriend out there.
