Rubio himself won't switch - he'll be the face of the "New Republican Party". In other words, the Republican Party will switch and kick all of us who are still conservative out.

They've done some math, and think they can get a larger voting bloc by attracting Hispanics and disaffected Democrats to vote for a friendly, smiling Rubio or Mr. Columba Bush than they can by bringing conservatives and libertarians back into the party to vote for a Palin or a Paul.

There is a clinical term for this delusion: "Whigging Out." :)
