“Blue Max.” I enjoyed the aerial scenes. The only thing really off about the movie was that George Peppard was way too American to be portraying a German.
I saw the movie for the first time a few months ago and really enjoyed it. I then went and read the Wikipedia page. It's interesting how much darker the book was than the movie. The main character was about 20 years younger than George Peppard and ended up being blackmailed by the Countess into marriage.
