At his inauguration, Obama recited the Oath of office: “I do solemnly swear that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.”

The Constitution grants the Legislative Branch, i.e., Congress, the right to pass laws. The Affordable Care Act is one such law.

Once it became law, Obama had the Constitutional imperative to insure that the law was carried out. All of the law. Not just the parts that are politically expedient.

Suppose the Gang of Eight managed to convince Congress to pass a new immigration law that had two main parts. Part One would call for increased border security, including more patrols, fences, drones, etc. Part Two would describe a path to citizenship for those illegal immigrants already in the United States. Suppose further that a new, conservative president, perhaps Ted Cruz, decided to implement Part One while refusing to do the same for Part Two. Gee, I wonder how the mainstream media would feel about that.

Communist Tyrant B. Hussein Obama has no intention of allowing the US Congress to interfere with Obama’s selective implementation of the Anti-Trust violations of Obama’care.’

Obama will use HIS Bureaus, HIS Executive Orders, and HIS Military to “preserve, protect and defend” Obama’care’ in order to insure the complete financial destruction of The United States of America, by “Fundamentally changing the United States of America.”
