He had cancer of the salivary glands and I think some of the jaw bone was also involved/removed. Look at older photos of him and compare to now. The surgery and treatment have affected his speech, and it seems more pronounced at the end of a long day.
As much as I disagree with the man’s past and present politics, I wouldn’t wish the health battle he’s been through (and still fighting?) on anyone. Not even him.
ugh The Blaze website opened Pandora’s box. First it seems the controversial pastor Dr. James David Manning also a Reverend has done another exciting sermon on the Zimmerman case. But it’s manning who has been all over the map. So I can’t say he is exactly the right guy for people to follow. And everyone seems to love him. But the guy is very controversial. He went from liking Palin to attacking her. he attacked Bristol Palin. I mean I could go on all that he has done. it makes my head spin. Manning’s anger over the Birther issue not being the issue to take out Obama is his driving force. He had a fake trial too. And he has been been mad at some people on the right. He also seems to me to want to make himself a martyr. But did The Blaze not know that Dr. Manning attacks the Blaze owner Glenn Beck and even protested him? Wild times indeed.

TOO MANY of your young black kids, boys AND girls, are FERAL ANIMALS and DECENT people and even Jesse Jackson get AFRAID when they see a group of them especially!!!
