It is time to have a serious discussion on the merits of segregation, separate but equal? Why not? It is clear there will NEVER be peace between black and white. Why fight this any more?

Government money in exchange for votes.Simple as that.
There should be no government handouts for anyone,nor governments setting the rules for private charity.Nor tax write-offs to be charitable,because that is just government choosing which charity to subsidize.
Let all be taxed at equal rates and those who give,truly give.
