I know this won’t make you feel better, but this is typical of the tactics used by political groups back in the early 19th century.

Politics is, and always has been, a blood sport.

Key sentence: “I believe that I identified several sections that Mr. Hayes might have violated from what little we know about his analysis.”

In other words, pure conjecture based on assumptions. Otherwise known as fiction.

Send this to the little Foggy bowers, it will make their head explode.

scroll down to Part 2

“Sec. 1602. No part of the funds appropriated in this (or any other) Act shall be used to pay (1) any person, firm, or corporation, or any combinations of persons, firms, or corporations, to conduct a study or to plan when and how or in what circumstances the Government of the United States should surrender this country or its people to any foreign power, (2) the salary or compensation of any employee or official of the government of the United States who proposes or contracts of who has entered into contracts for the making of studies or plans for the surrender by the Government of the United States of this country and its people to any foreign power in any event or circumstances.” (See: 50 USC 407)

Such acts are a felony under uncodified Public Law 471, 83rd Congress, Session 2, Chapter 456, Title VI, Section 601, to wit:

<<<< snip >>>>

No emergency justifies a violation of ANY Constitutional provision. 16 Am Jur 2d “Constitutional Law’, Section 70 & 82. Coercion has been continually utilized by the corporators of The Fund and The Bank, and their sister organizations, corporations, associations, combinations and AGENTS within each of the several States of the Union - occupying offices and positions of Public Trust, Honor and Profit - to ensure that the Offices do no function within Constitutional import, in order to implement their pollicies and programs, and their agents and representatives have continually used threat, coercion, misrepresentation, fraud, usurpation, oppression and tyrannical means and modes against the Citizens of the several States of the Union, and against the several States themselves.

As the MSM will never do their job like the 1000+ investigative reporters sent to dig up dirt on S. Palin, we may never know the real truth HOWEVER the following is indisputable truth:

FACT 1) The BC on the governments web site IS A FORGERY and it does not take a forensics expert to determine that. Anyone familiar with Adobe can open that file and see all the edits made to not only that forgery but that very poor forgery. Anyone who is involved in a printing pre-press department would get a good laugh at how poorly it was done.

FACT 2) The first Birther was Ocommie himself as he DID run as Kenyan born for his State Senate Seat and only changed to US born when it was apparent to someone SOOOOOOOO versed in the US Constitution that Kenyan born would not fly for President.

FACT 3) Hillary not the vast right wing conspiracy was the 2nd Birther in an attempt to derail the dark lord’s campaign.

FACT 4) Almost every news agency had scrubbed all references to the State Senate campaign where claims of being Kenyan born were contained.

Where was he born? WhoTFKnows? We do know he is completely unqualified and using his OWN words he has to be a communist as he told us to judge him by the people he put in his administration.
