Actually, it is pretty easy.
We’re no longer voting for the ‘Pubbie, we’re voting against the commie/pinko/liberal fellow traveler.

Given what you say about the viability of a third party (and what Rush was speaking about the other day), Conservatives must wrest the party from the its RINO leaders. To do that, and we’d better hurry, some serious, SERIOUS grassroots movements need to spring up in all 50 states.

To leave any RINO incumbents standing in ‘14 (especially leadership) is to perpetuate the machine that swallows whole the few in number Tea Party-types that would be sent up to the Hill.

Why Should I Vote GOP ?

Because some day, in the distant future, in an alternate universe, they might flub up and nominate a conservative for president.

==

When was the last time the GOPelite or GOP President made any move to the right?

Yeah, Bush did with SCJC Roberts and we know how Roberts pretzeled a decision to force Obamacare on us.

Yeah, Bush did nominate SC J Alito, but that was only after a near riot at the Miers nomination.

That is a sum total of about 3/4 of a point.

Open-checkbook George also started the bailouts as the economy began collapsing.

==

What bills currently are being pushed by the GOP/Republicans that actually have a chance of passing and are movements to the right?

{crickets chirping}

In other words, we’re in real trouble as a nation.

Like I stated earlier, I’m not married to the idea of a third party. But I do know the current GOP stands for nothing and is completely helpless.

I never really understood how the republican came up with the idea to be the Grand Old Party, when they are a younger party than the RATS.

I personally hate the moniker of GOP - there is nothing grand about them, or what they stand for. They are only there to line their own pockets while screwing the rest of us

Seriously, for the first time in a long time I am optimistic about the *future* of the Republican party. Why? Because there is a slow and methodical purge being done of the old RINO/Country Club Republicans. It’s not easy and it’s not quick, but it is determined.

Granted, the “old guard” are entrenched, but they are being attacked across a broad front, and are often losing.

This is because the same, failed tactics that they use and lose against the Democrats, called a “static defense”, is the same tactic they use against conservatives. And, as Napoleon Bonaparte observed, a static defense is slow suicide.

And yes, as meeching and humble as the RINOs are to Democrats, and as vicious and cheating they are to conservatives, they are still losing.

At this point, there are few left in the senate, and their days are numbered, except for those who buy their seats, and even they are scared. And in the house, they are counting their last days.

Importantly, at the same time, conservative senators are rising up, and showing their own power. It is far riskier to do so in the house, where punishment can be swift and devastating.

Finally, and this is a trump card, at the state level, conservative Republicans are crushing liberal Democrats in the red and purple states. And once in power, this puts pressure on the state party organizations to purge its own liberal Republicans. Then they put pressure on their congressmen and senators as well.

With the removal of the Voting Rights handicap against Republicans, which basically allowed the Democrats to cheat in elections, the Democrats are going to be devastated in the next elections. Without being able to cheat the truth emerges: that they have been a small, radical minority party, pushing around the majority, for decades.

And it is time for it to end.

So do not despair, hold on for a while longer, and keep the feet of your congressmen and senators to the fire. Either they vote conservative, no matter what they say, or they had better prepare their resume.

How many times did Rush mention in 2011 how many of these socialites would berate people like Sarah

That was probably just because the sandwiches at the party weren't very good.

Why Should I Vote GOP?

Perhaps you shouldn't.

Perhaps you should strongly consider voting for candidates who offer a chance of honoring their oath to the Constitution regardless of political affiliation.

If you usually vote Republican, I suggest you contact with your local Tea Party group for candidates who favor the government called for in our Constitution.

If you usually vote Democrat, I suggest you contact your local Tea Party group or form a Liberal Tea Party group and find candidates who favor a constitutional government.

In either case, support an effort to remove incumbent Representatives who have not honored their oath to the Constitution. The grass roots Tea Party Patriots’ strategy is to replace corrupted incumbent Republicans via the primary process. That same strategy could also serve to replace corrupted incumbent Democrats.

The Republican party ceased to exist decades ago by merging with Democrats to become socialist Republicrats. They give the appearance of two distinct parties in public but unite behind closed doors under what they term “bipartisanship” for the purpose of centralizing their power to usurp the people’s Constitutional rights.

As a Conservative...

*Marriage is between a man and a woman only

As a Conservative I know that marriage is not the business of the Federal Government.

Abortion, for any reason, real or imagined, is murder

As a Conservative I know that abortion is not the business of the Federal Government.

Capitalism is the only economic system that works

As a Conservative, I know that capitalism exist in all forms of governing. The difference between capitalism under socialism and capitalism under America's Constitution is that the Constitution allows, nay, encourages, private ownership of the capital.

“Our Constitution was made for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.”John Adams

Yep. Just another corrupt politician, who promised to cut taxes, only to put in the single largest tax increase in the history of the Commonwealth of Virginia. “For the roads and the children”. . .

The GOP is done. Old RINO’s have destroyed it.

I don't disagree, but how do we build a viable third party?

So far, the only thing a candidate running for a third party has done is take votes away from one or other of the candidates running for the Rats or GOP.

If we want a third party to be viable, it's going to take a plan and a whole lot of work.
