I believe the people established the Constitution as a document pertaining only to government. I believe the people established the Constitution to create a Federal government with only the specifically enumerated powers listed in the Constitution. I believe the people established the Constitution to grant a citizen the right of due process while protecting existing inherent rights from government interference.
