What’s bothersome about these stories is that there doesn’t seem to be any common sense discretion on the part of law enforcement. Sure, the kid was in possession of an adult beverage, but there’s the letter of the law there’s the spirit of the law. “Hey, don’t let your kid hold your beer. Enjoy the game”.
No common sense left in this world. Everything is zero tolerance.
