Getting rid of the “GOP Establishment” which is basically the progressive portion of the GOP is not easy..if it was just McCain getting rid of him would be simple, but more and more keep crawling out of the woodwork..Lindsey Graham, Peter King, Lamar Alexander, the list keeps growing and growing and growing like cockroaches, you get rid of one, and another one pops up..the only way to truly get rid of these vermin is to throw them ALL out of the GOP before the GOP merges with the Dem party and they will both be one in the same

If by "progressive" you mean "Big Government" and "Ruling Class," I agree.
The RINO infestation is, at least in part, caused by the Democrats. The further they move to the left, the less comfortable the squishy moderates feel in their party, so more of them join the GOP.
This has the dual effect of making the Dems more effective, since they have less divisions in the party, and making us less effective, because our divisions grow.
If you take political contributions from businesses, either large companies or international corporations, they will by and large be progressive.
Money in politics is key; that is what campaigns run on. Cash, and lots of it.
